2019 MuzArt Awards Compilation

SPECIAL BADGES AWARDS

Discipline Badge

For a student who has shown most discipline and focus in class.

WINNER: YIN LEQI (9)

Leqi is a keen learner who is always ready to take up new challenges. Sessions with her are exciting as she brings a drawing weekly and shares what she has done from home during her free time. She gives a good example to her fellow peers on how to be daring yet independent. When given the topic of creating a magic drawing, she came up with animals interacting in her self-created habitats and then proceeded to draw without worries. Always on her best behaviour and taking charge of the things that belong to her, Leqi displays discipline towards learning in Muzart!

Respect Badge

For a student who has shown most respect towards the teachers, parents and peers.

WINNER: GABRIELLE NAH TSE EN (9)

Gabrielle shows her respect by greeting the teachers while entering the classroom every time. She communicates and works well with her teachers and friends. She would prepare presents with her handwritten cards to show her gratitude to all the teachers. Besides that, she completes her artwork promptly with a solid effort. For example, in this artwork, she used the pointillism technique to design the wall as she is keen on learning a new technique. She would share and practice what she learned in class with her twin sister. She is a role model for everyone in the art class. We are so proud to have her in our Respect Badge this round. Well done, Gabrielle!

Creativity Badge

For a student who has shown the most creativity in the artwork.

WINNER: DAANIA ALYA BINTE MAHATHIR (7)

As an imaginative girl, Daania can quickly transform the carrot into a mic when she was asked to think of something else other than food. She is kind to include a Minnie friend to sing together as she feels that the rabbit is too lonely to sing alone. With a deep impression in her mind, she expressed her thoughts on how the spotlights should have different colours so that the background is bright and colourful, making it looks like a stage performance. Good job, Daania. Continue to let your imagination fly!

Progress Badge

For a student who has shown the most progress in class.

WINNER: LIM XIN YI SOPHIE (8)

Sophie would speak softly but clearly to the teachers, a great improvement compared to the past where she would hit the table to be noticed by the teacher. Independent and responsible, Sophie would carefully erase the entire ‘Riding Free’ with no frustration when she realised that ‘Spirit’ is spelt wrong and there’s not enough space for the ‘Riding Free’. She would also focus on observing the horse sample that the teacher drew for her and do her best to draw it out on her own. Well done and keep getting better!

Hero Badge

For a student who has shown compassion, helping others in need.

WINNER: CHAN GUAN YU (7)

Guan Yu is a great role model for his friends in art class. He is frequently the first to lend a helping hand when his peers don’t know how to tie their aprons. He also always volunteers in cleaning the water bucket or palette after the art lesson. Besides that, he would share different ideas with his friend who is out of ideas during the mind map session. His thoughtfulness always brings warmth and joy to everyone. We are so grateful to have such a confident and positive student in the class. Keep it up, Guan Yu!

Star Student Badge

For a student who has shown the best overall performance, behaviour and work in class.

WINNER: EVELYN ROSE GOOI SHU MEI (4)

Being one of the most disciplined students, Evelyn shows great independence in completing her task efficiently. Having a bubbly personality, she comes to class with a wide smile on her face, always ready to learn new things. She shows great enthusiasm in class and takes up new challenges positively. For example, she challenged herself to draw and paint the apples all on her own. She impressed many of us by always lending a helping hand to her classmates in need and being so understanding towards others. With all the positive traits that she possessed, Evelyn, therefore, deserve this award. Well done, Evelyn!
